HDPE pipes "ECOpipe-RC" for laying without sand filling

"AQUA-TECH" EOOD produce high-density polyethylene pipes (HDPE 100-RC) under the trademark ECOpipe-RC, intended for the construction of outdoor plumbing installations installed without a sand filling.

When laid in rocky terrain or installed without a sand bed, the pipes are subject to external injuries and high stresses that can cause rupture. It, in turn, over time can lead to an increase in cracks and eventually to the destruction of the pipe. The new generation of ECOpipe-RC pipes are made of specially synthesized polyethylene. They lead to a reduction in installation costs, as minimal preliminary site preparation is done (without the traditional sand filling and without additional care for the quality of the fill material). In addition, there is no need to transport sand and fill material, transport and store the excavated earth, which helps to protect the environment.

The pipes for alternative laying ECOpipe-RC are implemented in the following varieties:

single-layer pipes made of material PE 100 or PE 100RC (crack-resistant), with an additional protective layer of modified polypropylene, intended for trenchless laying. The protective cover provides additional protection against mechanical damage. Meet the requirements of BDS EN 12201 and PAS 1075;
multilayer pipes (two-layer and three-layer) - the layers are made of polyethylene 100 and polyethylene 100RC, inseparably connected to each other. They meet the requirements of BDS EN 12201, as well as the Norm for laying pipes using alternative technologies PAS 1075;
